Terms of Service for Veelo

Welcome to Veelo! These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of the Veelo browser extension ('the Extension', 'we', 'us', or 'our'). By installing or using Veelo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Veelo solely for personal or educational purposes.
• You may not modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Extension without prior written permission unless permitted under open-source licensing (if applicable).
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Extension unless explicitly allowed by law.

• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Extension complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You must not use the Extension in any way that violates the rights of others, including but not limited to intellectual property rights.
• You are solely responsible for the content you create, store, or manage through the Extension. We do not monitor or control such content.

Veelo does not collect, transmit, or store any data from users. All notes and user-generated content remain stored locally within your browser. You acknowledge and agree that we have no access to your data and are not responsible for its loss, corruption, or misuse.

The Extension is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE,' without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. No advice or information obtained by you from us shall create any warranty not expressly stated here.

In no event shall the creators or contributors of Veelo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Extension, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your use of the Extension is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted within the Extension and become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Extension after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Extension at any time for any reason without notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the primary developer(s) reside, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
